Making a virtue of necessity:
In order to be able to continue training effectively with the PTV obstacles during this period, I offer online training as an international jury and instructor.
How it works You will work at home with various PTV obstacles. You record this on footage and send me a video of a maximum of 15 minutes. State the level at which you want to train.
I will judge the obstacles from my point of view as a jury. In addition, from my point of view as an instructor, I will give tips and tricks on how to exercise the obstacles even better.
Cost per session of maximum 10 minutes: € 7.50
